Jerry Schaffer

Jerry Schaffer is the owner and operator of Pentagon Manufactured Homes. Mr. Schaffer has had a unique 25-year career in Real Estate during which he has helped build and manage two of the most successful Real Estate growth stories of the past two decades. Prior to founding Pentagon Manufactured Homes, Mr. Schaffer was President of Capital 2000 where his responsibilities included oversight of the mortgage and Real Estate business, sourcing and supporting high-net worth individuals, implementing various firm-wide client initiatives and building relationships with key corporate and institutional clients across the firm. Prior to this role, Mr. Schaffer was involved in various construction projects including ground up residential custom built homes. 

Mr. Schaffer is Chairman of the Capital 2000. He holds an undergraduate degree and an M.B.A. from George Washington University.
